Concrete floors that look sharp and take a beating

A properly installed epoxy floor turns raw or worn concrete into a seamless, easy to clean surface that resists oil, road salt, hot tires and heavy equipment. We prep the slab the right way so the finish actually lasts.

Every project starts with diamond grinding to open the concrete, full crack and joint repair, then a coating system matched to how the space is used. No shortcuts on surface prep, because that is where most failing floors go wrong.

Common questions about epoxy floors

How long does an epoxy floor last?
With proper preparation and a commercial grade system, an epoxy or polyaspartic floor commonly performs for many years under regular use. Lifespan depends on traffic, the coating chosen and how the slab was prepped.
How long before I can use the floor?
Standard epoxy usually needs a day or two before light foot traffic and a little longer before vehicles. Polyaspartic systems cure faster and can often be back in service the next day.
Can you coat an old or stained garage floor?
In most cases yes. We grind the surface, fill cracks and repair damaged areas before coating. Badly spalled or moisture heavy slabs are assessed during the site visit so we can recommend the right approach.
Is the floor slippery when wet?
A smooth top coat can be slick when wet, so for wet or high traffic areas we add an anti slip aggregate to the final coat to improve grip.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Send your details through the form or call us and we will get you a clear written price.
